Super6 Series LLC (“Super6,” “we,” “us”) operates thesuper6.com and produces youth basketball tournaments across Florida and Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Registration data. When you register a team we collect: coach name, email, phone number, team name, division, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
Contact form and newsletter. Name, email, phone (optional), and message content. Newsletter signups are forwarded to our QuantumSMS system for event communications.
Automatically collected. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source via server logs and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (website hosting), and QuantumSMS (event communications). Each processor is bound by their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements.
Our tournaments serve youth athletes. We collect athlete information only through their parent or guardian during team registration. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing tk@thesuper6.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
